CÉSAR DEL VALLE (Colombia, 1985)

 

In 2010 he graduated with a BA in Visual Arts from the Universidad de Antioquia. Since 2006 he has participated in exhibitions like the III Salón de Arte Bidimensional in Bogotá [Salon of Bidimensional Art]; Corte 50 at the Medellín Museum of Modern Art (2009); Un territorio en puntos suspensivos [A territory in Ellipsis], Mexico, (2010); the Salón de Arte BBVA Nuevos Nombres [The BBVA New Names Salon], Bogotá (2010), and the 14th Regional Salon of Artists in Medellín. Del Valle’s works uses drawing and fictions to explore the metamorphosis suffered by reality as it is represented. He lives and works in Medellín.
